Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up a trial with SENW?

Call us. Come see us and our capabilities. Let’s chat about what you’re wanting to accomplish. If we are able to match your needs, we will provide you a quote. If you like what you see, we simply schedule your trial when we both are available.

How do you charge for your services?

Research & Development rates are based on a daily charge only. Commercial Production rates are based on product & volume. Consulting rates are based per project.

What happens with my raw materials after the pilot trial is finished?

You are responsible for shipping all unused raw materials and finished goods back to your place of business or disposal site. Failure to do so will result in an additional disposal charge.

Do I have to be present for the trials?

We encourage people to attend the trials as it is a learning experience for all involved but it is not necessary.

Are you willing to modify your current equipment to fulfill our production needs?

YES! Sure, let’s talk about it.

What safety equipment will I need to conduct the trial?

Safety is very important at SENW. We provide safety glasses and hearing protection. Please wear your own slip resistant safety shoes.

What hotels do you recommend when I come for a visit?

Clover is a small town. There are some good lunch spots here, but for hotel accommodations, we recommend Gastonia as a convenient place to stay and have dinner. See list.

What is the closest airport?

Most folks come into Charlotte Douglas Airport (~30 minute drive). Some folks use Greenville-Spartanburg Airport (~1 hour drive).
